Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment number. This shipment number allows you to track the shipping status of your order directly on the shipping service provider's website.
Deliveries are only possible at delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and countries of the European Union.
To exchange an item, we would ask you to request a return request for the item. Once your returned item has arrived, we will issue you a credit note.
If you are not completely satisfied with an article from us, you can send it back to us from Germany and Austria within 30 days free of charge. For returns from other EU countries as well as Switzerland, the return costs are borne by the customer. On the delivery note you will find all instructions for a fast and smooth return. If there are any questions, our Support Team will be happy to help you! All necessary legal information about you will find your right of withdrawal here.
Please give us some time for the careful processing of returns, we will process your returns after arrival at our warehouse but of course as soon as possible and you will receive your return via the payment method used during the purchase in the online shop within a maximum of 14 days.
