You have placed an order from our online shop and would now like to return an item? No problem! Just fill out the returns form and you will receive your returns label.
What is the returns process?
- Please fill in the above return form.
- You will then receive a returns label.
- Attach the returns label to the parcel and take it to your nearest Packstation or post office.
- After we have received your returns, we will arrange for a refund of the purchase amount as swiftly as possible.
When and how do I get my money back?
The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the originally selected payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the refund has been paid out.
How long do I have to return an item?
The return period is 30 days from delivery of the goods. You can find all the details about our right of withdrawal here.
Who bears the costs for returns?
Returns from Germany and Austria are free of charge.
For returns from other EU countries, UK and Switzerland, the return costs are borne by the customer.
How can I exchange an item? (e.g. other size or colour)
For a quick and easy refund, please return the item as described and order the new replacement item separately in the online shop.
If you have purchased one of our items on Amazon and now wish to return it to us, we must ask you to do this directly through Amazon. Please log in to your Amazon account, go to "My orders" and initiate the return. You will then receive all the necessary documents from Amazon that you need for a return.
